Renovate with a different style an Andalusian house of 300 square metres, which is a second residence to share with family and friends. We start with this cortijo in Seville as a reference.
We found a two-storey house: the ground floor for social use and the upper floor for bedrooms. We refurbished it, prioritising the common areas, making each piece to measure. We opened up the kitchen to make it participative, joining it to the dining room and living room, with the fireplace in the centre of the space. Given that the architecture obliges us to communicate the main bedroom with the living room, we decoratively panelled a wall with wood to conceal the doors. We renovated the entire outdoor area and updated the typical Andalusian courtyard, including a newly built pool, rustic porcelain tiles and pebbles.
