A second home, it must be fresh, comfortable and Mediterranean.
Respecting the huge windows overlooking the beach, we decided to give them centre stage. The openness of the outside we wanted to repeat inside with big, open, transparent spaces and wide corridors
We wanted to play with textures, the beach on one wall with a sandy surface, the wood-aged as if it had been in a storm, the brilliance of the sea reflected in a long mirror and a lacquered wall in the other. Surfaces… flat and shiny- like the sea- in contrast to the textures of the beach, (sand and wood). A prominence of talc white and light coloured woods so that the light can completely invade the interior of the apartment.
